I am a San Francisco/California litigation attorney. My practice is primarily civil, business, real estate, D&O, professional liability, insurance, personal injury, trust, estate, conservatorship, care and SNF, and elder and dependent adult abuse litigation, and contentious administrations.
I’m also a certified public accountant in California (inactive) and I hold B.S. in Finance and M.S. in Taxation degrees.
I am a current director of Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County. I am a past board member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco, and a past audit committee chair of the YMCA of Silicon Valley. I also served on many officer, board and committee positions with the California Society of CPAs.
