Essentially, one version of a decision tree process for auditors. This is a good training tool. I would like to also see one of these for internal auditors. The downside risk could be that it might become the standard for liability purposes. On the other hand, if it does become the standard, then everyone, boards, CEOs, CFOs, audit committees, internal audit, etc. should expect that it will be followed.
